These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Stackd platform ("Service"), operated by Stackd ("we", "us", "our"), accessible at wearestackd.net. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service is operated by Stackd (trading name: Stackd), reachable at support@wearestackd.net. All payments and billing are handled by Paddle.com, Inc., who acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. Any billing or payment disputes should be directed to Paddle in the first instance.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using Stackd you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to terminate accounts found to belong to users under 18.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@wearestackd.net if you suspect any unauthorised access. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account.
Stackd is a personal productivity tool for tracking your own deal and commission data. You agree not to:
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these terms, without prior notice and without refund.
You own all data you enter into Stackd. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process that data solely to provide the Service. We do not claim any ownership over your data and will not use it for any purpose beyond operating the Service.
Stackd uses AI (powered by Anthropic) to generate suggested dispute emails, raise requests, interview answers, and other content. This content is provided as a starting point and a drafting aid only. It does not constitute legal, financial, employment, or professional advice of any kind. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding whether to send any AI-generated content. Stackd accepts no liability for any consequences arising from the use or misuse of AI-generated outputs.
Paid plans are billed monthly via Paddle. Prices are shown in USD. You may cancel at any time from Settings → Subscription; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you will not be charged again.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Commission calculations in Stackd are based entirely on data you enter — we make no representation that any calculation is accurate, complete, or suitable for any purpose. You should always independently verify any financial figures before acting on them.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Stackd and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of earnings, loss of employment, employer disputes, financial loss, or data loss, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stackd and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) any AI-generated content you send or act upon; or (d) any dispute between you and your employer or any third party arising from your use of the Service.
All software, design, text, and branding on the Service is owned by Stackd or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, brand names, or proprietary materials without our prior written consent.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should stop using the Service and cancel your subscription.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, without prior notice and without liability to you. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your data by emailing support@wearestackd.net.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Jordan. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jordan. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief.
