If you are not satisfied with your Stackd subscription within the first 14 days of purchase, email us at support@wearestackd.net and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
This policy applies to all paid Stackd plans — Pro ($19/month) and Career ($29/month) — purchased through our payment provider Paddle.
Email support@wearestackd.net within 14 days of your initial payment with the subject line "Refund Request". Include the email address associated with your account. We will process your refund within 3–5 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
After the 14-day guarantee period, subscriptions are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time from your account settings and you will not be charged again. You will retain access to your paid plan until the end of your current billing period.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Subscription inside the Stackd app. Cancellation stops future billing immediately. Your subscription remains active until the end of the paid period.
All payments are processed by Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record. For payment-related queries you may also contact Paddle directly at paddle.com/support.
