How do I create an account?
Go to wearestackd.net/app, click "Sign up", enter your name, email, and password. You'll be signed in immediately and taken to your dashboard.
What is a comp plan and why do I need one?
Your comp plan stores your commission rate and quota target. Stackd uses these to automatically calculate what you should be earning on every deal. Set it once, it applies to everything.
Can I use Stackd alongside my company's CRM?
That's exactly how it's designed. Stackd is your personal record, separate from your company's systems. No IT approvals, no integrations, no access issues.
Deals and commissions
How does Stackd calculate my expected commission?
Deal value × your commission rate. If you close a $20,000 deal at 8%, Stackd records your expected commission as $1,600 — calculated automatically the moment you log the deal.
What does "disputed" status mean?
When you mark a deal as disputed, Stackd surfaces it in your alerts and gives you the option to draft a professional dispute message to your manager via AI.
How do I export my deals?
Click "Export" on your dashboard. This downloads a spreadsheet of all your deals including expected commission, amount received, and gaps.
Privacy and security
Can my employer see my Stackd data?
No. Stackd is a personal app. Your data is completely private to your account. We never share user data with employers or third parties. Row-level security ensures no other user can access your records.
How do I reset my password?
On the sign-in screen, click "Forgot your password?", enter your email, and we'll send a reset link.
Billing
Is Stackd free to start?
Yes — no credit card required. The Free plan lets you log up to 5 deals per month with full gap detection and quota tracking.
What is the refund policy?
7-day money back guarantee on all paid plans. Email support@wearestackd.net within 7 days and we'll refund you in full — no questions asked.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from settings at any time. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period, then drop to the Free plan.
